A Star Trek Voyager Elite Force skinpack by neural-link
It uses parts of Raven's original Heretic 2 skins, mainly for the torso, the legs and face dont use much. I have Raven's approval of using the skins and sounds from Heretic 2 (thanks Raven Software). Due to the fact that when I made these there was no MDR converter I couldn't edit the leg & chest model files properly, the skins are not 100% accurate. CTF flags are included.
